How is this different from the AI Assessment?+
The playbook is self-serve: you follow the steps and set up the automations yourself. It covers the 5 quickest wins — the ones that work the same way for every business in your industry. The AI Assessment (£499) goes deeper: a 45-minute call, a custom report mapped to your specific tools, team, and workflows, covering bottlenecks the playbook deliberately doesn’t touch because they need personalised analysis.
Do I need technical skills?+
No. Every fix uses tools that work in a browser — no software to install, no integrations to configure. The playbook includes exact prompts you can copy and paste, step-by-step setup instructions, and a gotcha section for each fix that tells you the one thing that trips people up. If you can send an email and open a website, you can implement every fix.
Which industries do you cover?+
The first edition is for letting agents and property managers. Editions for accountants & bookkeepers and trades businesses (electricians, plumbers, builders) are coming soon. Each edition has completely different fixes, prompts, and tools — tailored to the specific bottlenecks in that industry.
