What does an AI consultancy do?

How does an AI consultancy engagement work?
Diagnose
A 45-minute call for smaller businesses, or three to five team interviews for teams of 5-20. We map where the hours go, from first enquiry to invoice paid.
Prioritise
Every task gets scored by hours saved against effort to build. You get a ranked list with the tools named and a fixed price for each build, so you can stop at the report if you want to.
Build
We build one workflow at a time in your existing tools and test it against real cases and bad inputs. A person approves anything that goes to a client until your team trusts it.
Hand over
You get the documentation, the logins and a trained team. You own what we build, and changing a template or a timing does not need us.

No. HeyBRB is a UK AI consultancy and we deliver remotely, so a practice in Leeds gets the same service as an agency in London. Interviews, workshops and handover all run on video calls.
How long does an AI consultancy project take?+
The AI Assessment report arrives in 5 business days and the AI Core Audit takes 2 weeks. A single no-code automation is usually live in 1-2 weeks, and an AI Core Build takes 4-6 weeks.
What happens if you don't find any savings?+
You get your money back. The AI Assessment is refunded in full if we find less than 5 hours a week of savings, and the AI Core Audit is refunded if we find less than 10 hours a week.
Will we need to buy new software?+
Usually not. Most of what we build connects the tools you already pay for. When a new tool is the better answer, we say so and tell you what it costs each month before you decide.
What happens to our client data?+
We design every workflow to touch as little personal data as it needs, and we tell you which systems the data passes through before we build. Anything that goes out to a client can have a human approval step. Your business stays responsible for its data under UK GDPR, so we document the setup for your records.
Are you an AI consultancy or an automation agency?+
Both. We diagnose first, like a consultancy, and then build and hand over the automations, like an agency. You can stop after the report and build it yourself if you prefer.
