Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

These terms govern your use of BRB AI's website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, contact us at hello@brbai.co.uk before proceeding.

1. About Us

BRB AI is an AI automation consulting business registered in England and Wales. We provide AI assessments, no-code automation builds, custom AI assistants, AI skills training, and AI agent builds to UK businesses.

References to "we", "us", and "BRB AI" in these terms refer to BRB AI. References to "you" and "the client" refer to the individual or business purchasing or using our services.

2. Our Services

We offer the following services, each governed by a separate scope agreed before work begins:

  • AI Assessment (£249)

A 45-minute discovery call followed by a custom report identifying automation opportunities in your business, plus a 30-minute review call.

  • Process Optimisation (£3,000–£5,000)

A deep-dive workflow audit producing a prioritised automation roadmap and implementation recommendations.

  • No-Code Automation (£1,000–£3,000)

Design and build of automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n, connecting your existing business tools.

  • Custom AI Assistants (£3,000+)

Build and deployment of custom AI assistants trained on your business data, for email, chat, or internal use.

  • AI Skills Training (£5,000/day)

Tailored hands-on workshops for your team covering AI tools relevant to your industry and workflows.

  • AI Agent Builds (£5,000–£10,000+)

Development of autonomous AI agents that handle complex, multi-step business workflows end to end.

The precise scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Nothing in these terms overrides a written scope or proposal that has been signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

AI Assessment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. The assessment will be scheduled once payment has been received.

Project-based services

For all other services, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion and delivery of the agreed deliverables. For projects over £5,000, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed in writing.

Late payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of the date of issue. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Currency

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. If VAT applies to your engagement, it will be clearly shown on your invoice.

4. The 5+ Hours Per Week Guarantee

Our guarantee, in plain English

If we cannot identify at least 5 hours of time savings per week during the AI Assessment, we will refund the full £249 assessment fee. No partial refunds, no conditions, no questions asked.

The following conditions apply to the guarantee:

  • The guarantee applies to the AI Assessment service only. It does not extend to downstream implementation services.
  • The guarantee is based on identified savings — meaning the opportunities we document in the assessment report. Actual time savings depend on successful implementation of the recommendations.
  • To claim a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your assessment report by emailing hello@brbai.co.uk. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to decline an assessment booking if we reasonably believe, based on initial information provided, that the guarantee cannot be met. In such cases, we will inform you before taking payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

AI Assessment cancellation

If you cancel your assessment booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled call, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the call are non-refundable, but we will offer one free reschedule.

Project cancellation by the client

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond the scope covered by the deposit, you will be invoiced for work completed to date at an agreed day rate.

Project cancellation by BRB AI

If we cancel a project for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued where project delays or quality issues are caused by a failure to provide timely access to required information, systems, or personnel, despite reasonable requests from us.

6. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business, workflows, and technical environment.
  • Give us timely access to the tools, systems, and personnel we need to complete the agreed work.
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes specified in your engagement scope.
  • Ensure that any data or content you share with us does not infringe third-party rights and that you have the authority to share it.

7. Intellectual Property

Work we create for you

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables we create for you — including automation configurations, custom AI assistants, and written reports — transfers to you. This does not include our underlying methods, frameworks, or tools.

Our website and content

All content on brbai.co.uk — including text, design, and code — is owned by BRB AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Third-party tools

Automations we build on platforms such as Zapier or Make.com operate under those platforms' own terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining subscriptions to any third-party tools required to run the automations we deliver.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during an engagement. We will not share details of your workflows, business operations, or any data you provide us with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service (such as sharing information with a third-party tool we're configuring on your behalf).

We may reference that you are a client (for example, in a case study or client list) only with your explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take our work seriously and stand behind what we deliver. At the same time, these limitations are standard for professional services engagements.

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we were advised such losses might occur.
  • We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or changes to third-party platforms (such as Zapier, Make.com, or OpenAI) that we build on or integrate with.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current, or error-free.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order or sign a scope document governs that engagement. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact

For any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@brbai.co.uk. We aim to respond to all legal and contract queries within 5 business days.
