Three clients get a 40% discount in exchange for letting us tell your story properly. You get a full AI Core Build at £2,950, priority delivery, direct access to Richard, and locked founding-rate pricing on the retainer afterwards. We get a case study we can show every prospect from month 3 onwards.
It is a real discount and a real trade. If you are uncomfortable being a named case study, the standard £4,950 Build is still available — just not at the reduced price.
What we need
Four commitments from you
A named written case study
Your company name, real metrics, and an honest account of how the Build went. You approve every word before it goes live.
A short video testimonial
5-10 minutes on Zoom. We edit it into a 2-3 minute clip for the website and outreach. You approve the final cut.
Reference calls
2-3 calls with prospective clients over the next 12 months. 20-30 minutes each. We give them your contact details only after you have agreed.
Public attribution
We mention your business by name in blog posts, ads, and outreach. If something should be off the record, you tell us and we honour it.

Founding retainer rate
First access to the Fractional CAIO retainer at a locked founding rate (£1,950/mo Advisor vs £2,500 standard). Stays locked as long as you stay on the retainer.
Who qualifies
We are looking for one business in each of three verticals
We have three founding slots and three target verticals. Ideally each slot goes to a different vertical so we end up with one case study per sector. If all three applicants are from the same vertical, we pick the strongest fit.
Letting Agency
5-20 staff, 30+ managed properties, office team handling tenant comms and admin.
Accountancy Practice
5-20 staff, 100+ active clients, mixed practice (bookkeeping through to advisory).
Construction or Building Firm
5-20 staff, multiple live projects, office coordination across quoting, invoicing, and subcontractor management.
Also required from everyone

What does a public case study actually involve?+
A written case study on heybrb.ai with your company name, a short video testimonial (recorded over Zoom, 5-10 minutes), and a willingness to take 2-3 reference calls from prospective clients over the following 12 months. We cover everything. You approve everything before it goes public.
Do we review the case study before publication?+
Yes. You get full approval rights before anything goes live. If there is a number or quote you are not comfortable sharing, we remove it.
What if we do not qualify?+
If you are outside our 3 target verticals or your team is smaller than 5 or larger than 20, you can still commission a standard AI Core Build at the regular £4,950 fee. No discount, no case study obligation.
What happens after the 3 slots are filled?+
The Founding Clients Programme closes and the AI Core Build returns to the standard £4,950 price. Waitlist applications after the 3 slots fill can still commission a Build — just not at the founding rate.
